What is Emotional Fitness?

Emotional Fitness is the optimization of your emotional system: the network of biological, psychological, and social processes that generate, regulate, and express emotions, powering every dimension of health and daily life.

It is the discipline that trains the core capacities making resilience, intelligence, and regulation possible and sustainable.

Rooted in the Science of Emotional Pain, Emotional Fitness addresses two core injuries that disrupt behavior, relationships, and performance:
