Kathryn

AH-HA Facilitator

Kat Grootjes is a dynamic and dedicated educator with a background in both education and healing arts. Kat holds a B.A (Political Science), B.Ed (Social Studies, French), M.Ed (Leadership), and a PGC (Special Education), demonstrating her commitment to professional development and inclusive teaching practices. She is a compassionate advocate for inclusive education, striving to create supportive and accessible learning environments for all students. Kat holds certifications in various areas, including the Safe and Sound Protocol, Yoga, Group Fitness, and others. Kat's commitment to lifelong learning, inclusive practices, and holistic well-being reflects her unwavering dedication to empowering others and creating positive change in the world.

Amanda

AH-HA Facilitator

Amanda, a small-town girl turned city dweller, maintains a deep connection to nature and a passion for helping others heal from trauma. Overcoming her own life challenges, she found profound transformation in Janice’s program, eclipsing other healing methods. With 24 years of customer service experience in insurance and finance, Amanda felt a calling towards a more fulfilling path—guiding others on their healing journey. Despite once considering counseling, her personal experience solidified her commitment to aiding others in finding healing and wholeness.

Elisa Davis

AH-HA Partner

Elisa Davis is from Thunder Bay, Ontario and moved to the Kelowna area  in the fall of 2019. She graduated in 2009 from a 3-year RMT massage therapy program at Everest College. After completion of school she opened her own clinic and successfully operated in her hometown till August 2019. In the fall of 2019 she worked in Lake Country and June 1st, 2023 Elisa joined the Ah-Ha Healing team in the Landmark District of Kelowna.

Elisa is focused on heart-based massage and is passionate about helping her clients feel and function at their best. She enjoys finding the root cause of old pain and dysfunction within the body facilitating the treatment for whole health. She utilizes a combination of techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Lomi Lomi massage (Hawaiian massage), deep tissue, and acupressure.
